Birunthan Mohanathas 9447a38f00 Added a Rainmeter.props file to easily change to 64bit compiler across all projects (for VS2010 Pro, which has 64bit compiler by default).
This change has no effect on VC2010 Express users (i.e. Windows7.1SDK needs to be installed). Read the Building wiki entry for more info.
