FileView: Added Recursive=2 option. Commands FollowPath and PreviousFolder do not work with this option. Also, ShowFile, ShowFolder, and ShowDotDot have no effect on this option.
Drives are now sorted.
Folders have dates and times.
Lots of tweaks and cleanup.
Updated to version 2.
