Dynamic Variables is only needed if a dynamic #Variable# is used, it is not needed for a [Measure] to appear dynamically.

[2.3] NowPlaying.dll: Updated to new API and some cosmetic changes. DynamicVariables is supported, but a child measure (e.g. PlayerName=[ParentMeasure]) cannot be converted into a parent measure (e.g. PlayerName=Winap) or vice versa.
