8e4d37a8ea - Now retries UpdateLayeredWindow if it fails for some reason. (E.g. when SetLayeredWindowAttributes is called by other application process.) 
- Replaced Get(Set)WindowLong with Get(Set)WindowLongPtr.
- Code cosmetics.
