13c17b9d1a - Removed support for using Rainmeter.dll as Litestep module 
- Merged Rainmeter.dll and Rainmeter.exe

f17602ee1d - Manage Skins: Load order can now be changed 
- Fixed that the PLAY/PLAYLOOP commands didn't work with relative paths
- Errors that used to display in a messagebox are now logged and shown in the About Log dialog (which is opened when an error occurs)

5eef7a21c7 - Script: Return types are now checked explicitly. As a result, 'return 5' and 'return "5"' are not equal any longer. Only the former will respect NumOfDecimals, Scale, etc. now.

23f4a31bf0 Script: Fixed that the value of the Script measure is not reset when an error occurs. 
In the following case, for example, the value of the measure used to remain 10 even after an error. Now it will default to 0 on error.

9447a38f00 Added a Rainmeter.props file to easily change to 64bit compiler across all projects (for VS2010 Pro, which has 64bit compiler by default). 
This change has no effect on VC2010 Express users (i.e. Windows7.1SDK needs to be installed). Read the Building wiki entry for more info.

8ddc383ed1 - Added image caching system internally. 
It would reduce memory usage in case that you use the same image file repeatedly on some meters. (Eg. Crop a part from same image by using ImageCrop.)
- Fixed an issue that Background image isn't drawn correctly when BackgroundMode=0 and tint option is set.

e4326582e8 Changed Application.rc and Library.rc to go back to using code page 1252, as the mismatch between changing to VALUE "Translation", 0x409, 1200 and the value in BLOCK "040904E4" causes 3rd party apps to fail to read the version information. I'm not sure I see any need to possibly break things in any case changing the code page for this version info block when it really doesn't matter what it is. 1252 is the tried and true Windows standard "Latin" that we are sure works on any version of Windows and any language setup. 1ee9137ea2 Updating all build files and processes to create 1.4 beta starting point. 
Also adding file: TextFuncUF16.nsh to Rainstaller folder for UNICODE support.
If you download Build.py, be sure to set the paths to executables to your paths before using.

c14cd5491b [AboutDialog] 
- Fixed the issue that the statistics are updated many times if many active skins are working. "Log" is now updated once every 1 second. Config is now updated once on its Update=.
- Fixed the issue that the statistics show by incorrect order in some conditions.
- Fixed the issue that the entries aren't updated if the skin is activated/deactivated.
