- Added !RainmeterUpdate/!RainmeterUpdateMeter(Group)/!RainmeterUpdateMeasure(Group).

Browse Source 
- Changed Update= and UpdateDivider= behaviors. If you specify < 0 to them, measures/meters are not updated automatically.
